● One month after deposit payment, student needs to pay 1st payment which is 50% of total 1st semester tuition fee.
● If the student exceed 1st payment deadline schedule, automatically the LOO and deposit fee will be invalid, and student need to start up
● Refund policy is applicable when a student successfully enroll to the following public universities. They are: UI, ITB, ITS, IPB and UGM only by SBMPTN method.
● The refund amount will incur a IDR 3.000.000 administration fee.
● These are promotional prices and may change at any time.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
● Payment must be made in the beginning of each semester.
● Payment should be sent via transfer to the virtual account of each student.
NO FEE REFUND POLICY
Sampoerna University applies a no-refund policy for all payments made, except for special cases. The decision for this exception shall be made by the University Executive.
